Looks Like Lindsay Lohan Won’t Be Going To Jail After All…

Yes despite the arrest warrant looming over her legal eggheads in the US reckon LiLo will only have to spend a day in the slammer – at the very most.
“One of two things could happen,” said someone called Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers “The judge could remand her into custody and set her bail, and she could bail out tomorrow. Or she can come in and just admit the violation and he could sentence her right there, I’m not sure what he’ll do.”
So she could get sentenced – that means time in prison right? 30 days if we remember correctly? Wrong, Danette Myers adds:
“But this 30-day sentence would be subject to the realities of jail overcrowding, which means Lindsay would go to jail for booking and probably be released an hour or two later”
Two hours in prison and a slap on the wrist, well that certainly sounds like an adequate punishment for a girl who allegedly wrote her “I’m so sorry I’ve got a disease” Twitter apology last week while she was drunk on Jack Daniels, doesn’t it?
Meanwhile as her little legal drama was unfolding this week, Lindsay went on a shopping spree with her sister Ali around LA. Glad she’s got her porities straight then...
